Positive: Wonderful place on the lake Sevan coast. Can swim, make barbecue inside, fire bonfire in the house. Good for relaxation and look towards the lake.

Negative: Nothing special, all good. Only territory around contains some random garbage, which would be good to remove.

Positive: We spent a weekend at Mariam's family house. We were unfortunately sick, but Mariam's family has been really helpful by providing us all the medicine and the food we needed. The house is very remote, so if you're looking for something authentic and calm this is the place to be.

Negative: I liked everything, this is exactly what we were looking for by going to this place. I would love to come back during summertime.

Positive: It is the best place to stay the night in Sevan! The beach house is so spacious and beautiful, it even has it's own private beach. We liked this place so much! I would really recommend.
